Let us teach your little ones the power of movement in our Gotta Dance! class.

Gotta Dance! for 3-4 year olds is a creative movement class designed to increase your little one's coordination and rhythm. Set to recognizable children's music, students will engage in playful, imaginative movements based on pre-ballet techniques that encourage a love and appreciation of dance and music. This class is appropriate for boys and girls.

About The InstructorAmber Dorsky

A California native, Amber has been engaged in the arts as student, performer and advocate her entire life. She is classically trained by distinguished ballet teachers and companies including New York City’s Dance Theatre of Harlem, Toronto’s world-renowned National Ballet School, and Lichine’s of Beverly Hills. Her mentors and coaches include some of ballet’s most iconic dancers including famed Russian dancer and actor Alexander Godunov, Balanchine prodigies Tania Lichine and Arthur Mitchell, and several others. As a performer she appeared in music videos, danced alongside Whitney Houston, and was a frequent guest artist in regional companies throughout Southern California, where she was known for her evocative artistry in roles such as “Dying Swan,” (Swan Lake), Kitri (Don Quixote), and Arabian (The Nutcracker). She is well versed in the Russian, Balanchine, and Cecchetti techniques and incorporates all methods in her teaching.

Vanessa Padilla

Vanessa has enjoyed a fruitful career devoted to the art of classical ballet. Originally from Puerto Rico, Vanessa boasts many honorable accolades including performing principal and soloist roles in such famed ballets as Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, and Don Quixote. Upon retiring from the stage, she founded her own ballet school in Puerto Rico and taught at several high profile private schools, producing and choreographing several ballets for hundreds of students throughout her career. She believes in teaching ballet in a fun, encouraging and supportive way, while giving students the essential foundation of classical ballet technique. In 2012, she relocated to Fort Lauderdale to further share in her love of teaching and is loving every minute of it.
